Eu conhecia esses operadores como Google Dorks, mas parece que dorking é a ação de usar esses operadores para determinado fim. Aqui tem uma longa lista de exemplos desses operadores avançados. Não são "coisas más", como se pensa ao se ler hacking, pois apenas filtram as respostas garimpadas pela busca.
